So i finally decided what i want to do with my life.im in high school and i cant go without music for a day.I want to beable to promote the people i like to listen to so people can discover and listen to them.How do i get into this carrer.

   All record companies have marketing departments. These jobs are highly sought after because of the perceived glamorous nature of them. The reality is that it will be a lot of hard work. You’ll need a college degree and very strong music knowledge.

   Marketing is quite a cut-throat business because as the economy ebbs and flows, these jobs are usually the first to feel the pinch - you need to be tough & smart to survive.
